Shipping policy

We rely on a third-party partner to facilitate delivery of Goods to You, and may choose the method of shipment. If We are unable to deliver to You, We will notify You within 14 days.

If an “express” or special shipment method is selected by You and We are unable to facilitate this delivery, We will notify You within 2 working days.

^*Customers in remote areas as determined by our delivery partners may face an additional charge of €19,50 which will be indicated prior to checkout.

^**Customers outside of the EU may be subject to further importation taxes which are payable by You.
