Refund policy
If You change Your mind, You can return any unwanted items to CLINUVEL for a full refund (including any standard shipment costs), provided that:
- You notify CLINUVEL within 5 days of receiving Your order;
- You return the goods to CLINUVEL within 14 days of Your notification to CLINUVEL; and
- The goods are returned undamaged, in a saleable condition. Unless faulty, cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The cost of return shipping is free of charge to You. We accept no liability for any Goods lost in transit You send to us as Returns.
We may offer You a replacement goods in the event You receive a faulty product. If You choose to accept the replacement goods then this is provided in lieu of a refund. If a refund is requested, the refund will be made via the same means by which the goods were purchased. CLINUVEL does not make any cash refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All returns are evaluated before being processed. This does not affect Your Statutory Rights.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Goods which are delivered to You by CLINUVEL which are faulty can be returned for a full refund within 2 years of receipt.
If You wish to notify us of a fault, please visit https://www.returnform.com/clinuvel to return the good. complete Our online returns form and follow the prompts to notify Us of the product fault. We ask that You include a full description of the fault and, where possible, provide photographs as well as the order number. Please retain all packaging materials from Your order, including delivery notes.
