This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by CLINUVEL PHARMACEUTICALS LTD (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “CLINUVEL”) and its subsidiaries. By placing an order for goods sold on the Site (“Goods”), You are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). We ask that You read the T&Cs carefully and, if You are uncertain, to contact us before placing an order.

We update the T&Cs from time to time and ask that You review the T&Cs each time You place an order. The T&Cs in place at the time of Your order will apply.

Sales contract

Once You choose to order a product through the Site, We will perform validation checks of Your order. We will notify You (by email) as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of Your order and to provide You with an order number. If We are unable to fulfil Your order following this acknowledgement, We will contact You by email advising You of this. Acceptance of Your order will be acknowledged when Our distribution partner sends You an email that confirms that the requested Products have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).

A legally binding contract between You and Us will be formed when Our distribution partner sends You the Dispatch Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when We dispatch the Products to You) (“Contract”). If You require any information concerning Your order please contact Us by email at customerservice@clinuvel.com, quoting Your order number.

We may not accept Your order if:

  • an item You have ordered is out of stock,
  • We have identified a product or pricing error or
  • We are unable to complete Your order for any reason, or
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation for Your payment.
  • If We do not receive Your agreement to this proposal within 14 days,

We reserve the right to cancel Your order and refund You.

Please note that We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by You at any time, for any reason.

We do not supply Goods for resale or commercial purposes and have no liability to You for any commercial activity You may undertake with the Goods.

Once You have placed Your order, We cannot amend it. Please see Our returns policy for details on order cancellation.

All Goods are Your responsibility from the time We deliver the Goods to the address You gave Us.

You own the Goods once We have received payment in full.


Goods ordered through the Site may be paid for by debit/credit card, Apple pay or Google pay


Prices on the Site are listed in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Customers in the United Kingdom will see the price displayed in GBP and VAT will be included at checkout, You may also be subject to further importation taxes which are payable by You over which We have no control.

Where delivery of the Goods is not included in the prices given, You will be notified prior to placing an order.


We rely on a third-party partner to facilitate delivery of Goods to You, and may choose the method of shipment. If We are unable to deliver to You, We will notify You within 14 days.

If an “express” or special shipment method is selected by You and We are unable to facilitate this delivery, We will notify You within 2 working days.

If You are contacting Us with a complaint, please ensure to include Your Order Number, Date of Purchase, Country of Residence and a Contact Telephone Number.
